                       Version 2 Installation
                       ======================

   LOGPlus! is copyrighted(c) 1988-1994 by Robert A. Winters/KD7P
   and DMW Systems.

   NOTE: If you downloaded this program from a BBS or FTP SERVER,
   it's easiest to copy all the files to a diskette before starting.


   1.  At the DOS prompt path over to the drive containing the LOGPlus!
   distribution diskette.  5.25inch use disk 1 of 3.

   2.  At the DOS prompt type INSTALL C:  { where C: is the hard drive
   you intend to install LOGPlus! on }

   3.  Self-extracting files PLUSV2_1.EXE (all .DBF and other associated
   files) and PLUSV2_2.EXE (documentation) will be exploded on your hard
   drive.  In addition, one directory called PLUSV2 and two sub-directories
   off PLUSV2 called NOTES and HELP will be created.  If you are NOT
   updating from either the KD7P or LOGPlus! v1 programs, you many see
   "FILE NOT FOUND" twice, please disregard.

   4.  Once the installation is complete, please type PRINT LOGPLUS!.DOC.
   This will print the 140+ page manual.  Additional information relating
   to changes to your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files are contained in
   the manual.

                      VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
                      ==========================

   loading the DEVICE EMM386.EXE utlizing the NOEMS or NOEMS HIGHSCAN
   feature does cause some difficult for LOGPlus!.  If you use either
   of these lines:

         DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS
         DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS HIGHSCAN
